Privacy Policy

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, phone number, and whatever you tell us in the message field. We use this information only to reply to you about your boiler or heat pump enquiry, and to arrange or carry out any work you ask us to do.

We don't sell or share your details with anyone else. We don't use them for marketing.

We keep enquiry information for as long as it's needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and no longer than that unless we have a good reason to keep it, such as ongoing guarantee cover on completed work.

If you'd like to know what information we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted, email raheemrfq3@gmail.com or call 07340694029 and we'll sort it out.
